We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and in its original packaging with all included power adapters or remote controls (if applicable).
  • Return Window: You have a full 30 calendar days from the day of delivery to initiate a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues

Personalized items may only qualify for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Process

After approval, return instructions and the return address will be provided.

Refunds

Defective or Incorrect Items
