Order Processing

All orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Before shipment, each order is prepared, inspected, and securely packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping Time: approximately 4–5 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days including processing
  • Shipping Carrier Partners: USPS, UPS, and FedEx

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping may be available for eligible United States orders. Any available shipping promotions or applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for shipped orders when available from the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience delivery issues, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Damaged Items

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging materials

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information has stopped updating or your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in reviewing the shipment status with the carrier.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order details, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, modifications may no longer be possible.
